TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions of sale that you are obliged to comply with when using the online store “CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA” OF M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS. The terms and conditions indicated below (the “Conditions”) shall apply to your use of M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS and to all purchases made through CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA.

These Conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between M.C.J GOMEZ S.A.S a company with registered office at Calle 49 #54 - 46, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Medellin for Antioquia, with NIT. 800.010.577-2 (hereinafter referred to as “M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS”).

Purchasing Products from CHD - CLOTHING STORE

Criteria for placing orders:

You may only purchase products:

That are available for sale and whose details appear on CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA; with delivery in Colombia; and intended for personal use, either your own or that of the recipients for whom you purchase the products. M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole option (for example, when it considers that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold by means other than the distribution channels authorized by M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS.

The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified on the virtual shelves of CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA ONLINE. M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA ONLINE are correct when the information is included on CHD - TIENDA DE ROPA ONLINE. While we will make every effort to keep the CHD - SHOP CLOTHING ONLINE store as up to date as possible, the information specified at any given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

Placing Orders for the Purchase of Products and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement:

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, those products will be placed in your shopping cart.

At the end of the checkout process, you will click on the “BUY” button to access the order summary page where you will be able to identify and correct possible information errors.

At the end of the order summary page, you must click on the “submit order” button in order for us to receive a binding order.

Once you have clicked on the “send order” button, you must make the payment of the purchase by the means of your preference of those available to M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS and then we will get a summary of your order, if your payment is not reported your order will not be processed.

M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order of products, which does not constitute an automatic acceptance by us of your order.

M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS will send you a second e-mail accepting your product order and confirming that the products you have ordered will be shipped to you (“Shipping Confirmation”).

You and M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS will have entered into a contract of sale for the products ordered by you once we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation e-mail and in any case, however, when you receive the products.

The sales contract may be concluded in Spanish language.

The text of the sales contract will be included in the Dispatch Confirmation e-mail and will be stored by M.C.J. GOMEZ SAS although it will not be accessible to the Customer after the conclusion of the contract.

Returns and Order Cancellation

The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order indicated below shall apply without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.
