RETURNS
Return and Cancellation of Orders
ORDER CANCELLATION
It won't cost you anything to change your mind!
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you sent it. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund all the money you have paid, therefore:
The total purchase value
The only condition for you to return your order is that the products have not arrived in perfect condition. If you do not return the products to us, we must charge the price of the products or the collection procedure.
After 14 days you can return your products if they arrive damaged, defective or not the products you ordered. You will find all the information below:
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If the products ordered are damaged or defective, or do not correspond to your order we will refund the amount of your original order and you will be able to exchange the products.
i.exchange:
We will deliver the correct product to you free of charge in case you want to exchange damaged or defective products, or you have received an incorrect order but you must give us the products you received in perfect condition together with the delivery documentation of your order.
No problem if you change your opinion .... It won't cost you anything!
ii.Return:
If you decide to return damaged or defective products, or you received an incorrect order, we will refund you everything you have paid, thus:
the total purchase price
the shipping costs that have been applied to this shipment.
To do so, we need you to return the products in perfect condition and the delivery documentation of your order. If you do not return the products, we must charge the price of the products.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You can return your products, together with the delivery documentation, by mailing them to the shipping company indicated to you by the customer service hotline. Please note that this documentation is required in order to benefit from the free return. Please note that the shipping companies may accept the return, but will not exchange for other products of the products purchased through the website; but through our Customer Service you will be refunded the money of your return.
The refund of your money will be made by bank transfer that you registered in our system.
The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 5 working days (please note that depending on your bank this period may be longer) from the time we have received the products you have returned.
Shipping to store:
1: Gather the Delivery documentation (What you must bring to the shipping company).

Just contact Customer Service so they can provide you with all the information. This way we will know that the order you are leaving is from M.C.J. JEANS.
It may take up to 7 days to receive your shipment.
Returned items will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.
Please be sure to package the products correctly; if they arrive damaged (as a result of the return shipment), we will not be able to process your return.
We will always provide you with the use of a carrier that offers tracking and insurance to ensure that the products will reach us correctly. Remember that we will reimburse you for the cost of these procedures when we process your return.
REFUNDS
The refund of your money will be made by bank transfer to your previously registered account.
The estimated time for your refund is 14 days.
Please refer to the note on your right of dissent in the “Right of Dissent” section. The following refund and cancellation policies do not affect your legal rights.
