PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY.

This privacy and personal data protection policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) regulates the collection, storage, processing, management, transfer, transmission and protection of information received from third parties through the different channels of information collection (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) that the company M.C.J. GOMEZ S.A.S. (“MUNDIAL DE CAMISAS Y JEANS”), identified with NIT 800. 010.577-2, and domiciled in the city of Medellin, Colombia, through its various divisions (websites, customer support, user service, logistics, shipping, legal advice, and others), has made available to the general public, in accordance with the provisions contained in the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other concordant rules, by which general provisions for the protection of personal data are issued.

MUNDIAL DE CAMISAS Y JEANS, who will be responsible for the processing of Personal Data, as this term is defined in Law 1581 of 2012, respects the privacy of each of the third parties who provide their Personal Data through the different points of collection and capture of such information provided for that purpose. MUNDIAL DE CAMISAS Y JEANS receives the aforementioned information, stores it properly and securely, and uses it, which does not prevent third parties from verifying the accuracy of the same and exercise their rights to know, update, rectify and delete the information provided, as well as their right to revoke the authorization provided to MUNDIAL DE CAMISAS Y JEANS for the processing of their Personal Data. MUNDIAL DE CAMISAS Y JEANS will store and process the information provided by the owners in a secure manner and, therefore, will take all precautionary measures to protect your information against loss, abuse, adulteration, unauthorized or fraudulent access or use. This privacy policy is effective from the day of its publication on the portal.
